Breeding Quality Nigerian Dwarf Goats with emphasis on Milking ability
and correct dairy Conformation &
Spanish Mastiff Livestock Guardian Dogs

We are expecting our next Spanish Mastiff litter mid February

Though short, our 2011 show season was very nice with 1
Best Buck in Show, 3 Champion and 3 Reserve Champion wins at our first show of the season. All 3 of our girls that we put on one day
milk test earned their milk stars too!
We are very pleased with what our goats accomplished
in the 2010 show season as well, with 10 Champion,
7 Junior Champion and 15 Reserve Champion wins!
Including the 2010 AGS National Reserves Champion Buck!
We are very proud of our boys & girls!

Welcome to Fall Creek Farm! We are located in southwestern Wisconsin, near the Illinois
and Iowa borders, approximately one hour SW of the state capitol, Madison.

My daughter Hilary and I moved to our 24 acre farm in 1996 from Chicago, fulfilling
my childhood dream of having a farm of my own. I then proceeded to fill it up!
We recently moved to a new farm that is much better suited to our animals needs.

We are currently raising Nigerian Dwarf Goats, Spanish Mastiff Livestock Guards
(one of the rarest of the Mastiff breeds found in the US),
Peafowl, Guinea Fowl and
a myriad of other animals both in and out of the house!
We will usually have a good selection of animals available
for sale in the Spring
and Summer months.

We bought our first Nigerian Dwarf dairy goats in 2001 and I feel that our herd is
represented by what I consider some very strong bloodlines, in both dairy character
and conformation, which include Brush Creek, Caesar's Villa, Goodwood and Willow's.
These long established, productive lines are the foundation of my herd.

We attend as many goat shows as we can every year (usually 7 or 8 multiple ring shows) so our miniature dairy goats can be judged and evaluated.
I'm very proud to say our Nigerians have consistently placed at the top of their classes
in the show ring.

I am a firm believer that if you are going to raise something, you should do it right.
Quality is our goal and responsibility. Animals should be selectively paired only to
improve conformation, temperament and character over the previous generation.
I am very pleased with the progress we have made in a relatively short period of
time towards this goal.

All of our goats (one year and older) are tested annually for CAE and Johnes.
Our kids are raised on a strict preventative regardless of our negative test results.
We use a more holistic, natural approach to health care for our animals and I have
really appreciated the results we have seen.

Our dogs are fed a predominantly raw meat diet that has gone a long way towards improving overall health and general appearance. Because our birds and occasionally the goats range, we avoid chemicals and have found many successful
natural alternatives to
bug and weed control. Guinea Fowl being one of the best for bugs!

I hope you enjoy your visit! Please feel free to contact me via e-mail or phone with any questions or comments. I am always willing to talk about animals!
